1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7ee7 platform in any capacity.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7ee7 website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

By registering, you confirm that accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by any law applicable to you.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on 7ee7. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Self-Exclusion

Individuals who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion through 7ee7's Responsible Gaming tools, or who have been excluded by 7ee7, are not permitted to register a new Account during the exclusion period. Any Account registered in breach of a self-exclusion agreement will be closed and any deposits made during that period will be returned less any winnings.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of 7ee7, including placing bets and processing Transactions, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. All fields marked as mandatory on the registration form must be completed truthfully.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete at all times. 7ee7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7ee7 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Accepted documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 7ee7 support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 7ee7 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

7ee7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 7ee7 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 7ee7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 7ee7 cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

7ee7 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA provides an additional layer of security, its availability does not transfer responsibility for Account security from the Player to 7ee7.

6 Deposits

6.1 Supported Deposit Methods

6.3 Deposit Processing

Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, which are outside 7ee7's direct control. 7ee7 credits funds to your Account Balance only after a deposit has been confirmed via the relevant payment network.

6.4 Own Funds Requirement

All funds deposited into your 7ee7 Account must belong to you and must not be sourced from any criminal activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct. 7ee7 reserves the right to report suspicious deposit activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed the required KYC verification process. 7ee7 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, resolution of a pending dispute, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, wherever operationally possible. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, 7ee7 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative verified method.

7.3 Processing Times

7ee7 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements attached to the relevant bonus have been fully satisfied. Withdrawing a real-money Balance that contains unsatisfied Bonus Funds will result in the automatic forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that do not meet the wagering threshold.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 7ee7 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the details of a bet — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. 7ee7 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases where a manifest error has occurred as described in Clause 9.3.

9.2 Odds and Markets

7ee7 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove betting markets at any time, including after a bet has been accepted but before the relevant event has commenced, in the event of a material change in circumstances, official event postponement, or data integrity concern. Bets placed on suspended markets prior to their suspension will be honoured where technically confirmed; bets where confirmation was pending at the time of suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

9.3 Manifest Errors

In the event that odds are published as a result of a manifest pricing error, 7ee7 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds and return stakes to the affected Players' Accounts. A manifest error is defined as a price that is materially and obviously incorrect given the true market conditions at the time of publication. 7ee7 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from such voids.

9.4 Event Postponement and Cancellation

If a sporting event covered by 7ee7 is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum play requirement for settlement is met, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts within 24 hours of the official decision being confirmed.

10 Casino Games

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any identity or using any means to circumvent the single-account restriction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 7ee7.
• Colluding with other Players, Platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.

• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Limitation of Liability

16 Amendments

17 Governing Law
